About Adler Law Firm

Adler Law Firm works primarily for closely held business owners and private investors to protect and advance their commercial and personal interests, in both domestic and select foreign jurisdictions. We are adept in the design and implementation of asset protection structures for U.S. and non-U.S. citizen clients to mitigate non-financial risk in their emergent or established business ventures.  The firm is also regularly called upon to provide counsel on insolvency and workout issues in cases where investments made through these structures underperform or fail.  We also represent clients in various areas of commercial law and finance with a particular focus on structuring and, where appropriate, litigating secured lending and private equity transactions. In addition, the firm assists clients with tax and securities compliance related to their estate and business planning matters.
